Política comercial devolución entradas para nuestros eventos.

La asistencia a nuestros eventos se regirán siempre bajo estas normas para la política de devolución:

Cuando se compra la entrada para asistir al evento: existe un periodo legal de desistimiento de 14 días: podrás cambiar o devolver el producto sin dar más explicaciones y se te devolverá el 100% del importe pagado.

Pasados esos 14 días: se puede anular la asistencia al evento según estos plazos.

Hasta 15 días antes del inicio del evento se devolverá el 90% del total pagado con el mismo método de pago que se ha utilizado al comprar la entrada o el 100% en un vale para descambiar para un futuro evento.

Hasta 6 días antes del inicio del evento se devolverá el 80% del total pagado con el mismo método de pago que se ha utilizado al comprar la entrada o el 100% en un vale para descambiar para un futuro evento.

Si el evento se anula con menos de 2 días de antelación no se devolverá nada de lo pagado, podemos ofrecerte un vale para descambiar para un evento futuro del 50% de lo pagado.

Estos plazos quedarán afectados según la ley solamente por fallecimiento del comprador o de familiar sanguíneo que en ese caso se devolverá el 100% de lo pagado.

Cancellation Policy

Participating in our events will always be governed by the following cancellation policy rules:

1/ After the purchase of the ticket to attend the event, there is a legal period of 14 days: you can change or return the ticket without further explanation and you will be refunded 100% of the paid amount, with the same payment method.

After those 14 days: the ticket can be cancelled according to these rules:

2/ With the same payment method that has been used when buying the ticket or 100% in a voucher to change for a future event:

Up to 15 days before the start of the event, 90% of the total paid will be refunded.

Up to 6 days before the start of the event, 80% of the total paid will be refunded.

3/ With less than 2 days before the event, no refund. We can offer you a voucher for a future event of 50% of the paid amount.

These rules will fall under the Spanish law. In case of the buyer death or blood relative death, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
